The importance of electing service quality is growing & organizations often act in dynamic and competitive environment of this variable condition.
So customer satisfaction causes efficiency & effectiveness promotion and also profitability of economic corporations.
In such condition, organizations spend a special attention to improve their electronic services quality in order to increase customer satisfaction.
The aim of this study is to identify, explain & survey effect of electronic services quality on customer satisfaction & financial performance in an organization that provides third party logistics services.
In this study, first of all, descriptive statistics of variable condition in charts and tables are presented and then we have used SPSS software for hypothesis test.
Founding of this study shows that the quality of electronic services variable has effect on customer satisfaction creation and also on financial performance of third party logistics services providers.
