Nowadays organizations are encouraged to develop closer relationships with suppliers and customers alike. Cognition and studying of trust in the relationship chain lead to a better understanding of the relationships between suppliers. In this regard, in this study, “trust building in relationships with suppliers” factors are examined at the Police Purchase Center of logistics department. "Friedman" Test was used to examine the research and answer questions. After reviewing the literature and interviews, and identifying the factors, the expert surveying questionnaire were distributed between 20 experts of the shopping center and university to determine the factors.
Final results of the study has confirmed twelve factors affecting trust in relationships with suppliers including: loyalty, Information Technology, long-term orientation relationships, financial factors, communication, timely delivery, spatial contiguity, integrity, continuity of relationships, flexibility, term of relations, cooperation.
