In this study based on present data of country chicken meat industry the chicken meat supply chain was investigated and we attempted to identify important factors of optimization and affecting on the supply chain. Our goals in this search in addition to providing and assurance of supply chain quality are included designing an agile supply chain and searching governed relations between supply of quality and HACCP procedure. Critical control points in the supply chain of chicken meat was evaluated and risk areas is defined and it is concluded through surviving of chain of causal relationships and implementation of the seven steps of HACCP. With the requirements of implementation of the HSCCP system in the chicken meat industry and replacement of integrating systems instead of independent one, customer satisfaction of the chicken meat supply chain quality will achieve.
