The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of total quality management on supply chain performance of Police. Quality is a wide and variable issue and become a strategic issue that affects multiple internal factors such as organizational management, processes updating in conformity with the new requirements of users, enterprise resource management, providing of infrastructure and raw materials and increasing their efficiency and creating added value for employees, suppliers, and society. In addition the human resource management as the most valuable asset of the organization that forms the supply chain and achieving quality should be considered. On the other hand, also the varied and complex environmental factors such as economic, political and regional conditions lead organizations to the challenge that has the organization an appropriate level of expected quality? And with the current situation are there guarantee in order to the organization survival in service field or not?
TQM states that for entire efficiency of system, each of the sections and its components must work in concert with other components and parts .Because every person and activity effects on other people and activities, as well as affect them and Resulting in the elimination of waste and losses by involving all persons in improving the ways of doing things and activities.Obviously, in such a complex condition, movement of customers and producers quality demanding is not easily explained.in order to achieve to successful outcomes and meet the demands of the recipients of services and producers and services providers it is necessary to establish TQM as a management.
