Knowledge is known as an important tool to achieve to maintain an organizations competitive advantage and improve performance. Twenty-first century is the era of economy knowledge in which knowledge has led many organizations to improve their performance. So, how to develop organizational capabilities to improve internal performance and external competitiveness of organizations through effective knowledge management is vital. Knowledge management has attracted attention of many researchers and organizations in recent years. From the organizational perspective, knowledge management is considered as a facilitator of business processes and organizational performance. Knowledge management includes creation, sharing and use of knowledge resources In line with the functional activities. Knowledge management increases access to the knowledge in organization through the collection, storage and exchange and helps to promote the organization knowledge level through integration of Integration Separated knowledge flows. Given the importance and necessity of searching knowledge structures of the organization and steer it towards a knowledge management system, the present study addressed the necessary of localizing the knowledge management pattern in Police organization.
