Today, outsourcing is no longer a phenomenon; some think outsourcing means that we entrust our work to outside of organizations don’t do any work. In the present era that the global business environment is under transformation, companies are looking for ways to differentiate themselves from other competitors in the national and international level; In this regard, companies are adopting different strategies. Factors such as increasing the pressure, some difficult issues, technological complexity, work specialization, accelerated development, lack of confidence in the future, the large-size of organizations and ... have led to a revision in the organizations way of their supply chain and acquisition management and to better use of available resources, they bring on new strategies that one of these strategies is outsourcing. Outsourcing strategy is supported by many organizations, particularly the defense and military organizations of the within and outside of country that one of them is the logistics. So while reviewing the literature related to the outsourcing of various points of view, finally, by combination of them, three main criteria including management and strategic factors (including five sub-criteria), cultural factors (including three sub-criteria) and organizational structures and processes factors (including ten sub-criteria) as influencing factors on the outsourcing performance of Police logistics department were introduced. In the next step, according to the experts (executives) the criteria were prioritized using a mathematical analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
