Wide variety of electronic commerce functions addresses human today's needs in various businesses. So the governments and the states using establishing and defining the road map try for implementation of that infrastructure requirements to make the most of it himself. The study organizes to examine the growth of e-business standards and practices at the national, regional and international organizations levels and also investigate the capacity of e-commerce implementation in new economies- particularly the ability and the requirements of e-government in this regard.
Methods of the study were descriptive and in terms of data collection ways was undertaken in the review way of library type. For this purpose, existing documents has been explored through analytical and conceptual approach; bank information and reference documents in the electronic commerce contexthas been referred, extracted information has been conceptually coded and operationally categorized and ultimately have been analyzed contently.
The study findings in addition to outline the requirements and functions and the introduction of e-business standards and standardization references at various levels, also including review of content standards. The results showed that different countries have a lot of similarities in many of e-commerce standards in the electronic data and messages exchange with each other that illustrates the same and global view to the concepts and infrastructural requirements of the e-commerce.
