A strong and consistent structure and organization is one of the most important factors that can affect significant impact on system performance improvement. Therefore, the present research has been done to investigate the role of organizational structure in the activities of NAJAlogistics standardization bureau and to investigate effectiveness of organizational structure roleon the performance of the set (Standardization Bureau) in 1391 to provide a suitable structure on the deputy.This coordination and its impact on performance have been evaluated in three research hypotheses.
This study was undertakento identify and evaluate the role of organizational structure of the standardization bureau’s logistics.Firstlythe importance and necessity of the organizational structurewas discussed and then the conceptual model of the research with three managing, systemic, economic and costingcriteriawas offered by the pattern of the three branches of the mind. Then the organizational structure of logistics’sStandardization bureauwasanalyzed using the results obtained from the Statistical Society. At the end strategies to exit out from structural problemswas presented.
The research result showed that organizational structure plays an important role in the activities of logistics’sStandardization bureau and the present structure of the department was not suited to the needs of this department and an organic structureisthe appropriate structure for it.Considered criterionsof thestructure and organization model of standardizing bureauhave been extracted from related literature and research results are:
Systemic, security-military, economic, and costing managements and Systemicmanagement criteria includes seven sub criteria(The programmingability, appropriateness of responsibilities and authority, unity of management, control and survival capabilitieswith other structures, organizing, adaptation with culture and coordinationlevel) andsecurity- military criteria includesfivesub criteria(act quickly, Intelligence Protection, ability ofresourcesattract and mobilize, flexibility and coordination level)and also economic cost criteria includes the sub criteria: (building costs, retention costs, mission and operational and additional costs).
