Personnelhealthis one of the factors of maintaining strong of police forces for carrying out the relevant duties that is possible with proper nutrition based on scientific principles.Despite the essential role of nutrition in the health and success of staff food rations, food rationcosts must be reduced to decrease the total costs of organization. Current methods of estimating, preparation, storage, distribution and preparation of food rationare not effective and led to redoubled activity andconsequently spending the extra costs of logistics.
Firstly,thefactors affectingthe reducing offood rationcosts was estimated in cases of estimation, producing, storing, cooking and distribution and then indexes are indicated. for this, theoretical basis of researchare presentedin relation to the research variablesand backgrounds.
This research based onthe applicable aim is development one.Library studies andrelated documents and ongoing procedures were used in Research identification method. In order to literature research and required data collection,a 30-question questionnaire using theLikert measurementscale based on the assumptions and the major and minor factors were developed and implemented,.
The fielddescriptive and inferential statistics (survey) methodis usedfor data analyzing and hypotheses testing. The mean of the favorably situationare compared with the current situationmean usingTwo-sample t-test.Choproof test was used to determine the priority variables.
In analyzing the data, all hypotheses indicate that there is a significant gap between the optimal situation and current situation of the spending costs offood rationin the cases ofestimation, provision (purchase), storage, cooking and distribution.Confidenceand error level of hypotheses was 95% and 5%, respectively.Prioritizing ofthe cost affectingfood rationin a desired situation is as follows: purchasing, estimating, cooking, distribution and storage.
