Nowadays, the intense competition and technological changes has made the organizations to employ various types of methods in order to increase their own human resource productivity and performance. At the current stage, it will be desired that the employees’ efficiency and effectiveness increase, as the environment is changed to be more competitive, through reinforcing merits and competencies.
The atmosphere of human resource in supply chain is also affected by these changes and has accepted the “Merit-Orientated Approach” in order to take advantage of this approach for its employees’ development programs.
With regard to the issues mentioned above, the implementation of employees’ meritorious ness system is stressed as one the prominent guiding politics of the country in the “20 years future plan” and has made the government and its related organizations to implement the merit system in order to increase productivity.
In this article some prominent issues are explained in order to analyze the relationship between the status of merit-based systems of human resources and the increase in productivity and profitability of logistical operations.
