In this article, initially the factors affecting the rise in catering costs of NAJA staff will be determined based on the main supply chain streams (such as; supply, estimation, distribution, and maintenance) through library studies and interviews with logistics experts.
Further more, the extend to which each of the above mentioned factors influence the rise in catering costs of NAJA staff is determined via the questionnaire which was designed based on the hierarchical analysis process and filled by 45 managers and experts of logistics in NAJA.
Regarding to the achieved results, form the survey “the failure to on-time delivery for catering credit shares of authenticated financial levels of management; responsible for buying and storing the products which are scheduled in catering program”, “the failure to train and promote the skills of catering houses’ staff, and also employing the experts in terms of catering and food distribution” are the most prominent elements introduced for the rise in logistical costs of catering division.
