Outsourcing is distinguished as one of the most important tools of organizations development and promoting their profitability through downsizing, and this concept is attracted a specific attention from the managers of different organizations, while it’s implemented in different formats.
Although commercial and industrial managers are attempting to utilize the guidelines of outsourcing; facing various conceptual problems when it comes into action. In some surveys, the issue of outsourcing is analyzed form different point of views. Both managers and their consultants attempt to determine these problems and issues in order to employ the outsourcing in its most efficient way.
The problem that the top managers are encountering is not outsourcing employment, but determining the activities that should be outsourced. Making decisions about the fact that which activity should be selected to be outsourced requires considering hundreds of factors and elements. In this survey initially the position of selecting activities is determined in various types of outsourcing methods, and then the measures and indices related to selecting activities are extracted form the papers and books which are published in this field of study. This way it could be possible to make suitable decisions about the activities required to be outsourced and the ones which should be done inside the organization.
