Military organizations to enter the era of "knowledge- based defense" must understand the importance of knowledge management and have the ability to cope with change. Undoubtedly, in the area of defense, the optimal logistics management is one of the most vital activities in this sector and applying knowledge management capabilities in various functions such as logistics, transportation, storage, maintenance, order management, procurement, human resources, financial management, etc. of special importance. The main objective of this paper is to examine the factors influencing knowledge transfer process in supply chain management. Current study is descriptive- correlational investigation. The research population consisted of 90 employees of the military force logistic center were selected using census method (N=n). The data’s collection tool was a questionnaire. After data collection through questionnaire, for analyzing data SPSS V: 19 and Structural Equation Modeling (exclusively PLS Software) has been used. In this research calculated cronback number for four dimensions are 0.896 for socialization; 0.887 for externalization; 0.916 for combination and for internalization were 0.835.The results showed that the study of knowledge externalization and internalization of knowledge transfer has been more successful than others. The results showed that the organization has been more successful in knowledge externalization and internalization of knowledge transfer than others.Therefore, it’s necessary to take actions by logistic organization about socialization and combination.
