Educational programs in an organization can resolve the need of professional human resource and guarantees the productivity for future. There must be an approperiate condition for enhancing the quality of educational services to have a better educational program. The objective of this paper is to find the effect of education on the efficiency of Police Deputy of Logistics and Support’s employees in 2014. This paper is practical and cross-sectional (i.e., descriptive-analytic) respectively based on the aim and the method of it. The statistical society is a set of 283 staff of the Police Deputy of Logistics and Support among which 163 staff has been chosen using Cochrane sampling method. Data acquisition has been done using standard attributive and qestionnaire (30 question) method, and Cronbach’s alpha method has been used to approve the reliability. Regression test results show that there is a meaningful relation between the education and the productivity of the Police Deputy of Logistics and Support’s staff. Overal conclusions confirm that education is one of the most effective solutions for maintaining and improving the efficiency of the human resource, and the optimal employment, management and facilities are some of the highlighted results of the education programs for staff.
