Two of the most important factors for organizations, sepecially the military-disciplinary ones, are maintaining their assets every time with the lowest price, and inventory auditing for performing the delievered missions. Regarding lots of complex issues in the current changing world, information requirements for making decission for managemers are more necessary than before. Due to the need of accessibility of assets information, the assets control branch of the Police’s adjutency of logistics and support has already run a comprehensive assets contol system to make effective decisions by considering variations in all parts of the organization. The objective of this paper is to identify the effectiveness of the Police’s comprehensive assets control system. This research is descriptive progressive, and objectively practical which has used field and librerical study methods for data collection. The statistic population is a set of 70 people which has been adopted using Cochran formula among 110 experts, managers, and users of the comprehensive assets control syste of Police’s logistics and support; border guards, and training centers of state commissariats; adjutencies; and specialized police forces.
In this paper, different aspects of the research have been investigated in terms of one major and six minor questions. Data collection has been done using substantiated questionnaire with 62 questions, and analysis has been done based on central indices. Results show that the asset inquiry indicator has the least, and the identification indicators of longevity have the most effects respectively with the amount of 4.421 and 3.372 between the other indices of the effectiveness of the comprehensive assets control system of Police.
In order to answer the minor questions of the research, two assumptions have been distinctively represented and investigated with T circumstantial evidence. For all tests, the “Zero Assumption” has been rejected and the “One Assumption” has been confirmed, that show all of the six minor questions have acceptable effectiveness in the Police’s comprehensive assets control system. Also, the total average of 3.95 for the main question shows that Police’s comprehensive assets control system has a very high effectiveness.
