Aim and survey: most of employees, specially Police ones, spent almost half of their time at work. Undoubtedly, managers are sensitive to their employees’s consention. Dissatisfaction of employees directly affects their performance. Approperiate transportation services reduce the employees’s concerns, while increasing the performance. This research has been done to illustrate the current situation and solve the problems with transportation services to improve the transportation services qualities.
Methodology: current research is practical based on the objective, and descriptive-progressive based on the methodology. After data validation, conceptual template of the research has been introduced based on collecting necessary literatures, models, and comments; sharing parameters; and considering organizational elemnts. Statistical society is a set of 360 employees of Police University that 146 of them have been chosen based on Cochrane formulation and accidental sampling. Data collection has been done using documental study and substantiated questionnaire with 48 closed questions. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire has been assured respectively based on the comments of experts, and Chronbach alpha equal to 0.95. Data analysis has been done through descriptive statistics and the circumstantial evidences of “T” and “Fridman” test.
Results: following to the findings of the research and using single sampling T test, employees announced the censention of 5 parameters including professional ethics accessibility of the services, respection, technical quality, and technology management; while, the were dissatisfied with sanitation, safety, and tranquility of the trip.
