In spite of increasing attention to traditional concept of supply chain, there have been less attention to service supply chain. Nowadays, regarding expanding growth of service-based organizations as well as strategic advantages of supply chain concept, organizations should combine these two topics . On the other hand, due to the global increasing competitions, new knowledge management can be a strategic weapon for organizations. Considering these points, this article has tried to have a process look toward knowledge management and evaluate the position of these processes within a service supply chain. This research is placed in the category of applied researches from objective point of view, and it is of surrey-descriptive research type. This article confirmed the process model of knowledge management for service supply chain. Then process dimensions have been preferred through linear allocation method. According to this allocation, the dimensions of evaluation and feedback, application and exploitation, transmission, sharing and distribution, learning, creating and distribution of knowledge and organizing, maintenance and storehouse, in order, are the most important dimensions of knowledge management in service supply chain in health system.
