Today, certainly increase of human resource productivity in organizations has an important role in achieving organizational goals. This research tries to identify effective factors on human resource productivity of Police logistics center. The research method is descriptive-survey. Indicator of Cronbach alfa was 87% that showed reliability of the scale. Statistical society of the research included Police logistic center personnel from which 311 were selected at random and they were given questionnaires. According to the results and their analyses, 24 variables which are effective on human resource productivity of Police logistics center were identified. They include: extent of managers control on personnel, job rotation, partnership ground for decision making, job security, employee promotion system, work place safety and hygiene, suitable work tools and machines, order and discipline of workplace, appropriateness between work and employee in work place, maintenance system, salary and payments, material and spiritual rewards, welfare and facilities, fair and intimate atmosphere in the organization, job consent, appropriateness of job and employees skills, education, job experience, organizational culture and atmosphere. By using factor analysis technic , eight factors that had special extent above one were named as leadership and management style, physical workplace, economic factor, social and mental factors, personal factor, and organizational culture. Eight mentioned factors described 386/56 percent variance of total variants altogether. Leadership and management style with special extent of 496/4 , and description of 733/18 percent of society variance was identified as the most effective factor on human resource productivity of Police logistics center. It showed the vital importance of this factor.
