Today organizations face serious challenges. So the ability of rapid changes for strategic development of the organizations is very important. There are different approaches for the establishment of quality culture in organizations. They are the same in bases and methods. Organizations that use TQM have better efficiency in leadership, strategic planning, customer-based services, personnel training, improving personnel capabilities and teamwork, measurement and analysis of quality and results of productivity and quality improvement. This research has been done for the evaluation of Police logistics center according to basic principles of total quality management. It has raised an important question: How is Police logistics center according to above factors? It is an applied research that has used survey method and standard questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed among 73 senior managers and middle managers and Police logistic personnel that were selected at random. Collected data were analyzed. Results showed that organization has a rational philosophy and a desirable organization in improvement of quality and productivity that has started the growth. Therefore, senior officials of the organization should keep the existing situation and at the same time concentrate on implementing rational plans in order to achieve higher levels of quality and productivity of the methods.
