In order to establish security in the society, creating necessary motivation for the staffs of military organization is one of the main concerns of the officials of such organizations. According to the research, leadership style have significant role in creating motivation for the staffs or vice versa. The purpose of the present research was to study the effect of different leadership styles namely transformational style, exchange style on the psychological empowerment of police logistic secretary’s staffs. The present research is an applied research and methodologically a survey-descriptive and comparative one. The field research method was used in order to collect data and the questionnaire as the instrument of the research. To serve the purpose of the study 248 staffs of secretary was selected using simple random sampling. In order to data analysis, Regression test SPSS 20 was used. The results of data analysis revealed that transformational leadership style and exchange style of leadership have strong, significant and positive effect on the psychological empowerment of the staffs. The exchange leadership style had more effect on the psychological empowerment than the transformational style. Other results indicated that the non-interventive leadership style lacks any significant effect on the psychological empowerment of the staffs. At the end, some of the applied suggestions were presented in order to improve the condition of the police logistics department.
