Prioritizing the Corporate Sustainability Criteria in Food Industry with TBL-ANP Approach
The aim of this study is to identify and rank corporate sustainability criteria in food industry with TBL-ANP approach focusing on Dairy industry. In the first step, corporate sustainability criteria and sub-criteria were identified with a comprehensive review on the existing literature and the eight identified criteria were categorized into three categories including economical, social and environmental groups. In the next step, the eight criteria were broken down into 18 sub-criteria. Then, a matrix based and paired comparison questionnaire was designed and distributed among 22 experts with related academic experiences as well as competent experiences. Then, ANP technique was applied to prioritize research criteria using collected data from the experts. Results of ANP technique indicated external trust, organizational citizenship; energy efficiency, environmental reporting, managerial competencies, technical competencies, and commitment to laws and regulation orderly have the highs weights in the assessment. Results of study could increase the insight of managers and decision makers who aim to improve the level of corporate sustainability in their organizations.
