Considering the extensiveness and diversity of levels’ demands in different regions and missions, surrounding changes, current threats and limitations, the police logistic operation in critical and normal conditions have specific complexities. The research’s main question is: “What are the fundamental considerations in passive defense of facility location and decentralization of Police logisticcenters?” The main hypothesis of the research is: “the fundamental considerations of passive defense include deception, camouflage, separation and dispersion and decentralization of police logistics facilities would results in increasing deterrence, decreasing vulnerability and continuing necessary activities in order to supply the lines requirement. This paper carried out regarding the fundamentals of passive defense theory, and benefiting descriptive and analytical kind of research and using SPSS software. The population sample of the research was consisted of 75 people including logistics secretaries of the provinces and staff and independent employees’ of police. Based on the acquired results, the separation and dispersion, camouflage and deception principles have significant effects on the location and decentralization of logistic facilities of police. In order to conduct these principles, the effective components, mission and region indices should be recognized and managed properly.
