Evaluating organizations in order to identify their strength and weaknesses was the basis of making decisions and in the center of attention for managers. Effectively using human resource, management, time and space, vehicles and transportations facilities would result in efficiency and effectiveness of transportation service with desirable and appropriate quality. The goal of the present study was surveying the efficiency and effectiveness of transportation services of Imam Hussein Cadet College and presenting new ways in order to improve it. This was an applied kind of research with survey-descriptive method. The statistical populations of the present paper consist of 50 staffs including the managers and specialists of transportation office and logistics secretary of the university in order to evaluate the efficiency of the transportation service of the university. To evaluate the effectiveness of the effectiveness of transportation service the statistical populations consist of 50 staffs using the transportation service. The questionnaires designed by researcher used for collection of data. It contains 46 questions (including 29 questions on efficiency and 17 questions of effectiveness) with four factors namely human resource, management, vehicles and facilities and time and space conducted based on five levels LIKERT Scale. It analyzed using SPSS software in two levels of descriptive statistic and inferential statistic. Different techniques such as average, standard deviation, variance, one sample t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedmen test, charts, and tables used in order to derive the results. The results indicated that efficiency level of the university transportation service considering staffs and people in charges of logistics secretary of university was higher than average level and effectiveness regarding the users was average.
