Organizational Pathology is defined as the starting point and most sensitive component of the organization's developmental process of deployment. It is "the process of using the concepts and methods of behavioral sciences in order to define and describe the existing status of organizations and find ways to increase their effectiveness, from Effective and effective organizational pathology can be considered as one of the most important actions that successful organizations can do to improve their productivity. Pathology provides managers with the opportunity to continuously monitor the organization's current trauma and disadvantages, and prevent critical situations in the organization.
The main objective of this study is to estimate the damage of estimation of NAJA-style cars and provide solutions for its upgrading.
This research is a descriptive-survey approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of 92 commanders, assistant directors and general directors, and excellent experts in NAJA support and support.
Data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire, which consisted of 45 questions based on the skeptic model, which has four dimensions of human resources, organization, hardware and software, designed and based on the five-option Likert scale, and was programmed with sps ps 22 Two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were analyzed.
To conclude, various techniques including mean, standard deviation, variance, single sample t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, tables and charts were used. Compared to the results of this study, the minor damage to the estimation of NAJA vehicles includes hardware and software damage, including: damage to the amount and volume of public spaces and the adequacy of specialized equipment and equipment, , Software integrity, adequacy of instructions and procedures, and timeliness of accrual allocation.
