The maintenance of the property of the organization is executed by the employees and is managed principally by managers. So, finding a mechanism which can convince employees that they should have commitment in maintaining the property of the organization requires a planning and organizational culture in an organization such as the police which performs diverse missions. Accordingly, the present study used a descriptive-survey method to investigate the effective management factors on the maintenance culture in police using the theoretical framework of the research. This research tried to investigate the use of a researcher-made questionnaire and distribution of them among the Ardabil's police staffs in order to identify effective managerial factors in promoting the maintenance culture in the society. The results of this study indicated that there is a significant relationship between managerial factors and maintenance culture at a significant level of one percent. Also, there is a significant relationship between managerial components and maintenance culture at a significant level of one percent. Regarding the results, it is suggested that managers pay attention to planning issues in relation to other components in order to enhance the maintenance culture in the organization.
