Green supply chain management seeks to eliminate or reduce any waste and waste of resources or energy along the supply chain. Green supply chain management, as a systematic strategy, helps organizations achieve a winning market by developing a win-win strategy and moving towards reducing the environmental impact and enhancing their environmental performance for profit and market share. The main purpose of this study was to explain the impact of the success of the green supply chain on the strategic performance of the company. The statistical population of this research is considering the specialty of the subject of the research, including all the officials of the bachelor group; the directors and managers involved with this research, which included 100 people in the engineering design and procurement department of Irankhodro (Sapko). The sampling method is the whole number. In other words, all 100 people were selected as a statistical sample. This research is a descriptive-correlational study in terms of purpose, applied, data collection method, field type and in terms of implementation method. To identify the most important factors affecting the subject, data and information are collected using validated questionnaires of previous studies. The questionnaire of this research derived from questionnaires related to the study done by Yashang and Johani (2014), Devini et al (2004), Allen &Chiv (2006), Zhou et al (2008), Lachra et al. (2015) His colleagues (1394), which made some changes to the native culture and the subject matter of the research. The research findings revealed that the success of the green supply chain with a path coefficient of 0.49 and a significant value of 0.059 have a positive and significant effect on the strategic performance of SAPCO Company. Also, the support of senior managers, environmental education and training, green design, risk management system, environmental auditing, human participation and product databases have a positive and significant effect on the strategic performance of SAPCO Company.
