People all around the world face accidents lead to death, damage and destruction of property and disruption of daily activities. These unpleasant experiences are known as natural crises and annually cause irreparable damage to the people and the economy. it’s like Earthquakes and crises that occur after it happens. Every year, natural disasters and unexpected events such as earthquakes, erosion, storms, droughts and fires entail various parts of the world, and the lack of preparedness and counteraction cause serious casualties to their nations and their assets. In this regard, information is a key stimulus for humanitarian supply chain, because without adequate information, a relief team is not able to diagnose injured people’s wishes. In this research, with the review of literature and interviews with managers and specialists in the field of relief and rescue and crisis, ten key points of information technology in the humanitarian supply chain management were extracted. Using the step-wise weight assessment ratio analysis (SWARA), the final weight of the key factors is determined and prioritized in order of importance. The results showed that "senior management support ", "mutual learning with other business organizations" and "strategic planning" have been identified as the most important factors in the right use of information technology in human resource supply chain management, which require serious attention of country rescue and crisis managers. And the last of all support government is needed. Therefore, the relief and rescue organizations and the Red Crescent Society focus on these factors and strengthening them based on importance and this is a big step for crisis management and facilitating rescue services to the incident.
