Nowadays rivalries in the global marketplace have made companies to better design and manage supply chain. Supply chain management emphasizes on integrating its members due to the fact that decisions related to it should not be made independently in order to optimize and enhance efficiency. The primary purpose of this research is to develop a stock model, which is exposed to any interruption or danger, to formulate a strategy for replaceable products to decrease danger of fall of the supply chain. The present research is applied type in terms of purpose and survey kind in terms of data collection. The research population consists of active foodstuff producers in Qazvin province among which Mahram company has been chosen as a sample to do research on. This research is based on the fact that, in case of any poor facilities, some products might be available for customers. Also, it is presumed that some products might be replaceable with some others in case of any trouble to meet the customers' need. This problem was planned by an algorithm which is a nonlinear integral number to which a compound algorithm based on TS and VNS has been applied. Comparing compound algorithm with genetic algorithm showed that the recommended method was so effective. The digital results show the profound effect of product replacement strategy in decreasing the total expense of supply chain.
